Our commitment is to provide professional, high-quality therapeutic massage services in a respectful and ethical environment. We strictly adhere to industry standards and do not condone or participate in any inappropriate or non-therapeutic services. Therapist or Client conducts such behavior will be automatically stop and terminated. The session will not be refund.
Appointment Policy
- Arrival 5 minutes early
- You can extend addition time during session
- Late Arrival exceed 15minutes will be automatically cancel. Reschedule another day or shorten the session.
- It is best to call us ahead of time within 1 hour for late arrival and appointment cancellation.
- No show policy will not be refund.
Valuable items
It is recommended to not bring jewelry to sessions. If you do, please put inside your bags or pockets. We are not responsible if its missing.
Business Transition Notice
We want to clarify that Wonderful Spa is a new and independently operated business. While there may be online listings or references related to this location under previous ownership, we were not involved with those activities and were unaware of them when we officially took over in start of 2024.
